From the 1^st of October 2025, the UNIQA office will be located back in the Main Building in the newly refurbished CERN Community Support Centre (CCSC).

Due to the move, the UNIQA office will be exceptionally closed on Tuesday the 30^th of September. The UNIQA team will still be reachable by email and phone.

Alongside the UNIQA office there will be other internal services for the CERN community, however, please note that UNIQA opening hours will remain the same:

Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

A UNIQA letterbox will be reinstated in the Main Building and one can also be found on the ground floor in building 33 – CERN Community Support Centre (CCSC). It is also possible to send documents to UNIQA via the myUNIQA app or by internal mail.

On the 22^nd and 23^rd of July, the Medical Service, in collaboration with HUG, is organising a blood donation campaign.

The blood donation sessions will take place from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. in building 29 on both days. For more information, visit the HSE website - Blood donation | HSE unit at CERN
