CHIS Members have access to Medgate, one of the leaders in the field of telemedicine, which enables you to consult a healthcare provider remotely via a simple phone call or through the MEDGATE mobile app. If you need a consultation with a healthcare professional, Medgate provides 24/7 access by phone or via the Medgate app. During the teleconsultation, Medgate staff will assess the severity of your health situation and advise you on the next steps to take.

Medgate operates mainly in Switzerland, but their services are also available in France, subject to certain legal restrictions (in particular, on sending prescriptions to pharmacies and making referrals to healthcare providers).
In a life-threatening emergency situation, you must first call the local or national emergency services, who will be able to respond more quickly.
